Following our core value of Integrity, which states that "Ethical conduct, character, and honesty are non-negotiable, and we align our practices in accordance with laws, rules, policies, and guidelines that are not only important but also must be, and appear to be, correct," this Code of Ethics and Conduct has been formulated to guide our employees and partners in the conduct of our business and to demonstrate to society our ethical and transparent way of working.

We aim to bring our way of being into this manual, illustrating that respect goes beyond just treating others well but creating an environment where everyone is embraced in the best possible way, respecting their individuality.

Reading this manual is of utmost importance to ensure that the conduct of our business aligns with our integral philosophy. It serves as a guide to maintain the highest level of compliance in all facets of our company.
